Just a moment to say Hi

In a moment when we are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, "over it," I just want to say I hear you, I feel you, I am with you. You are not alone. There is a light on the other side, even if you cannot see it. What if I see it for you (the light), and help you find your way to it. Like a pair of glasses, or a map?
